With over 20 years of experience in the traditional security sector, Stefano Giappichini is the Founder & CEO of FlorenTech Srl, an innovative technology startup.

His consolidated experience in the world of security, combined with a strong entrepreneurial vision and a constant and meticulous attention to innovation, has given rise to FlorenTech: a company oriented towards redefining the standards of integrated high-tech security, through drones, live monitoring, and 24/7/365 Control Room.

Under his leadership, FlorenTech stands out as a General Contractor capable of coordinating every aspect of security: from design to aerial surveillance, from cybersecurity to continuous operational monitoring.

He supports companies in compliance journeys, including the NIS2 Directive, handling compliance, vulnerability analysis, and advanced security solutions.

Alessio Giusti is the founder of Flybri and combines solid aeronautical training with extensive experience in electronics and CAD design for industry.

Graduated as an Aeronautical Technical Expert, he began flying at a young age and has been working in the drone sector since 2014, developing technical and operational skills focused on innovation.

Loris Pegoraro

Technical Manager, Drone-Zone

Loris Pegoraro is head of the technical, after-sales and repair department at Drone-Zone, with OPEN, STS-01 and STS-02 qualifications.

He holds DJI certifications for professional solutions, training and operational support, bringing technical experience and quality focus to the FlorenTech network.

Francesco Geraci

Training Coordinator and Flight Examiner, Drone-Zone

Francesco Geraci is a Training Coordinator, Flight Instructor and ENAC certified Flight Examiner.

He is co-founder of DroneZone Srl, a company active in the remote piloted aircraft systems sector and safety technologies.

He coordinates operational planning and complex UAS activities, focusing on safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.

A specialist in UAS and C-UAS technologies, he works on search and rescue (SAR) and public safety scenarios with advanced systems.

He is an operator qualified on the C-UAS Sentinel system and supports UAV threat management in sensitive contexts.
